Once you place your order, we begin preparing it for shipment. Here's what to expect:

Processing Duration: Orders are typically verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or recognized holidays.

Delays & High Demand: During periods of high volume or inventory adjustments, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a notable delay in dispatching your order, we’ll notify you via email.
You will receive a confirmation email including tracking information once your package has shipped.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping and use reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services) depending on your location. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

These timeframes are estimates and do not include processing time. Factors like customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping From Multiple Warehouses
To speed up delivery, we may ship orders from several distribution centers:

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will receive updates for each.
Our multi-warehouse model helps reduce delivery times and ensures better inventory management.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before you finalize your order:

Restricted Items: If a product in your order cannot legally be imported to your country, we may need to cancel that part of the order. You will be contacted to resolve the matter, either by removing the item or canceling the order in full.
Delivery Issues & Delays
We do our best to meet expected delivery timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may arise:

Unexpected Delays: External factors such as severe weather, customs backlogs, or high carrier volume can impact delivery. If your shipment is delayed, check the tracking info and contact us if needed—we’ll assist as best we can.

Lost or Stolen Deliveries: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Valanoo is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If this happens:

Reach out to us and we’ll assist with filing a claim, although replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for confirmed deliveries.

Returned Shipments: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or being unclaimed, we’ll notify you. You can opt to:

Reship the order (extra shipping fees will apply), or

Treat it as a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

If the issue was due to customer error, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order:

Incorrect Addresses: If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once dispatched, we cannot alter the address. Orders delivered to the address you provide are considered fulfilled.

Unclaimed Deliveries: Some shipments may require a signature or in-person pickup. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we can resend it for an additional shipping fee. If not, no refund will be issued for the original order or shipping.
